WINTER 21-22 Sports Physicals
Winter sports start date is Friday, November 19th. If you are interested in trying out and participating in a winter sport, you must complete the registration process and a sports physical before November 15th. If you participated in a fall 2021 sport, you must complete a repeat athlete form on planeths.
